Next Level Coder, LLC (“we”, “us”), 7440 Avenida Del Mar #2502, Boca Raton, FL 33433, operates nextlevelcoder.com and the apps listed on it. This policy covers this marketing website. Each app has its own privacy policy on its own site, describing exactly what that app collects.
What this website collects
- Nothing required. Browsing nextlevelcoder.com does not require an account, and we don't ask you to log in.
- If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and we use it solely to respond and keep a record of the conversation.
- Basic technical logs. Our hosting provider may process standard server/CDN logs (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the site securely and defend against abuse.
Cookies & analytics

How we use information
Only to run and secure the site and to reply to you. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we don't share it except with the service providers who help us operate the site (hosting/CDN and email), or where the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within a reasonable time (within 30 days where a law such as the GDPR or CCPA/CPRA applies). We do not sell or “share” personal information for cross-context advertising.
Data retention & children
We keep correspondence only as long as needed to help you and to keep our own records, then delete it. This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
