Plain version: use the site and our apps fairly, we own the things we make, everything is provided as-is, and our liability is limited. The full terms are below.
1. Who these terms are with
This website (nextlevelcoder.com) is operated by Next Level Coder, LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), 7440 Avenida Del Mar #2502, Boca Raton, FL 33433. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. This site vs. our apps
These terms cover this marketing website. Each app in the fleet is offered under its own terms and privacy policy on its own site; when you download or subscribe to an app, those app-specific terms govern your use of it. Where they conflict with these, the app-specific terms win for that app.
3. Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully and in good faith. Don't:
- break, overload, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure;
- scrape, copy, or reuse our content or design at scale without permission;
- reverse engineer, resell, or misrepresent the site or our apps; or
- use the site to do anything unlawful or to infringe anyone's rights.
4. Intellectual property
The name Next Level Coder, our logos, the site's design, copy, and code, and the apps we build are owned by Next Level Coder, LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view this site for its intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved — see our copyright notice in the footer.
5. Purchases & subscriptions
Any paid plans are sold through, and billed by, the relevant store or payment processor (Apple, Google, or Stripe) under that provider's terms. Renewals, cancellations, and refunds for those purchases are handled by the store or processor under its rules. Full pricing and subscription terms are shown in each app.
6. Third-party links
The site links out to our apps and to third-party services we don't control. We're not responsible for their content or practices; their terms and privacy policies apply when you visit them.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Next Level Coder, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Changes
We may update the site and these terms from time to time. When we change these terms we'll update the date above; continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Florida will have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law in your place of residence provides otherwise.
